Goods are shipped by sea for cost mostly, but could be shipped by air or road considering actual conditions.

Our sales are reachable everyday via email, phone call, WhatsApp and Wechat, etc.. We have a hotline for urgency, number +86-18676458956 which is also on WhatsApp.

It depends on designs and quantities, some products are available in stock normally, for mass order, lead time is 15 to 40 days accordingly.

We ship from China, mostly from Port Fuzhou which is close to Port Shanghai and Port Xiamen. We can ship from other ports as per order required.

The general procedure is like: details of requirement from you (including house drawings, photos of site, etc.)-analysis of details by Gens team (site visit if needed)-3D modeling/CAD draft with calculation of material list by Gens team to you-approval from you on draft and list-quotation-quotation approved-placing order.
