It depends on designs and quantities, some products are available in stock normally, for mass order, lead time is 15 to 40 days accordingly.
We ship from China, mostly from Port Fuzhou which is close to Port Shanghai and Port Xiamen. We can ship from other ports as per order required.
The general procedure is like: details of requirement from you (including house drawings, photos of site, etc.)-analysis of details by Gens team (site visit if needed)-3D modeling/CAD draft with calculation of material list by Gens team to you-approval from you on draft and list-quotation-quotation approved-placing order.
Yes, we can supply complete cupolas with or without glass.
We make cupolas with gauge 22 and 24 copper mostly, we can use other thicknesses as per order required.
